Welcome
After spending three years building building my dream home and putting my health, wealth and mindset on the back burner while I muscled through menopausal symptoms, in 2024 I finally said enough and started prioritizing my own needs. In the process I became an empty nester, got my hormones under control, started lifting regularly and slowly my mindset began to shift and then my body shifted too. After a year I was not the same person. I had totally transformed my life and now I'm on a mission to help other women tap into their potential during what is arguably the most difficult time of our lives and make it the best chapter yet.
